For guests who have booked Bed and Breakfast, breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9:00am in the dining room. Please provide a member of staff with your breakfast order shortly after arrival.

Please ensure you have parked your car within a parking bay.

In case of an emergency a bell is located in the main hallway to the side of Room 1. Alternatively ring 07759348327 and ask for Janice.
For general enquiries please ring the bell between 9am and 9pm.

We are always sad to see our guests leave. However, to ensure our next guests are able to access their rooms at a reasonable time we ask that rooms are vacated between 10:00am - 10:30am. This will allow us time to prepare rooms for the next guests. On departure please hand your room key to a member of staff. There will be a £25.00 charge for loss of keys.

We ask that take away meals/food are not brought
into your room. The dining area can be made available upon request.

Copplehouse is a non smoking building. Smoking/vaping is not allowed in your room. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside the building only. Ashtrays are provided on the patio area to the front of the building.

We all like some quiet time, please show consideration to other guests so everyone can have an enjoyable stay.
